Refund & Return Policy

At Loxia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy for refunds, replacements, and returns.


 

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1: If you receive an incorrect item, please request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. Reach out to us via email at loxiacustmercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-99419-00092 with your order ID and photos of the wrong item.

Step 2: Allow us up to 48 business hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3: Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for our courier partner to pick up the incorrect product from your location.

Step 4: If a reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will provide an alternative solution.

Step 5: After the incorrect item is collected, we will dispatch your replacement (based on stock availability). If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.


 

Damaged Item Delivered

Step 1: In case of a damaged item, please request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via email at loxiacustmercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-99419-00092 with your order ID and photos of the damage.

Step 2: We’ll review your request within 48 business hours.

Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the damaged item.

Step 4: If a reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will offer an alternative return option.

Step 5: Once the damaged item is collected, we will ship a replacement product if available. If not, a refund will be processed.


 

Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Products

Please note that returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered.
  • The original packaging (including labels, mono cartons, etc.) is missing.
  • The return or replacement request is made after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain categories, such as makeup, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.


 

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders over a minimum amount, as stated on our website. Shipping rates for orders below the minimum amount will be shown at checkout. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available for selected regions.
