Returns & Replacements Policy

At Loxia, we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your product, please reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.


Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, follow these steps for a quick resolution:

  1. Request a Replacement: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email at loxiacustmercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-99419-00092. Please include pictures of the wrong item and your order ID.
  2. Review Process: Allow us up to 48 working hours to assess your replacement request.
  3. Collection: After reviewing, we’ll send our courier partner to collect the incorrect product.
  4. Alternate Solutions: If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll provide an alternative method for returns.
  5. Replacement Shipment: Once we’ve received the incorrect product, we’ll ship your replacement (subject to stock availability, otherwise a refund will be issued).

Damaged Item Delivered

If your product arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to assist you:

  1. Request a Replacement: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged item via email at loxiacustmercare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-99419-00092, along with pictures of the damage and your order ID.
  2. Review Process: We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.
  3. Collection: Upon approval, our courier partner will pick up the damaged product.
  4. Alternative Returns: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we’ll assist with a suitable return option.
  5. Replacement Shipment: Once the damaged product is returned, we’ll ship your replacement (subject to stock availability, or we’ll issue a refund).

Exceptions to Return/Replacement Policy

Please note that returns or replacements cannot be processed in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging (such as mono cartons, labels, etc.).
  • Requests submitted after 3 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once the order is in processing, cancellations cannot be accepted.


Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above a minimum value (details are available at checkout).
  • We also offer Cash on Delivery.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, and these should be considered final.
